Boots No7 Spring Collection

My first review for this blog is about the new No7 Spring Collection from Boots. This collection consists of eye shadows, gel eyeliners, nail varnishes and lipsticks, although i think there may be more products in store. I purchased 3 products from the collection and overall I am pretty impressed.

I brought the gel eyeliner in black which i was a bit worried about as i had used gel eyeliners previously but found them a lot more hassle than liquid eye liner and it dried out quicker than i could use the whole pot. The No7 gel is surprisingly easy to use and comes with a mini applicator which is perfect for apply the gel. The colour is extremely pigmented and the consistency is very smooth. Overall i have been converted to the gel eye liner and now use it more than liquid liner. The gel eyeliner also comes in navy and a gorgeous turquoise blue which I may have to also purchase as it will look amazing this spring. The products are limited edition and are currently out of stock online but I'm sure if you pop into your local boots they will still have the selection available. At £10 the eyeliner may be a bit pricey for you but there is currently a 3 for 2 on all No7 products so you can get more for your money!

Two coats of 'Spice'

The second product i purchased was a nail varnish from the collection in 'Spice' a coral colour which is perfect for spring and will also look great with a tan for summer.  The nail varnish is from the stay perfect collection and i believe was £7 the same as all the other stay perfect polishes. The varnish goes on nicely and is totally opaque after 2 coats but I tend to put three on just for an even darker colour.

The final product is a lipstick from the collection in the colour 'Grace' which looks like a dark pink but once applied looks a lot lighter which matches my natural lip colour perfectly. The lipstick itself is very moisturising and glossy however it does not last when drinking or eating which means I have to re-apply several times throughout the day. Overall the products I have used from the collection are all great products and I would recommend them to you all. The packaging is also very pretty and fits in with the spring theme with corals, greens and blues contrasting each other.

If there are any products you would like to see reviewed feel free to let me know and I will see what I can do.

Have a great day girls
